According to PayScale, the average salary for a U.S. worker with a bachelor’s degree in health science is $63,000. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts employment in the healthcare industry will grow much faster than the average for all occupations. The federal agency expects employment growth to continue at 18 percent through 2026. This will result in 2.4 million new jobs in healthcare, including allied health care.
